🎡 2025 Johnson County Fair – Event Guide

📍 Location: Johnson County Fairgrounds, 136 E Washington St, Gardner, KS
📅 Dates: Saturday, July 26 – Saturday, August 2, 2025

🚗 Saturday, July 26 – Fair Kickoff Event

• Demolition Derby | 7:00 PM
  New for 2025! Kick off the fair with roaring engines and crashing metal in this adrenaline-filled derby.
  Note: Diaper bags allowed but subject to search.

🚜 Tuesday, July 29 – Pedal Pull

• Registration: 4:30 PM
• Event Start: 5:30 PM
  Let the kids show off their strength and pedal-power skills!

🎠 Carnival Schedule & Pricing

Enjoy rides, games, and sweet treats all week long!

• Tuesday, July 29: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday, July 30 – Friday, August 1: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday, August 2: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

🎟️ Pricing:

• $1 per ticket (rides take 4–5 tickets each)
• Wristbands:
  • $30 (Tuesday–Friday)
  • $35 (Saturday)

🐎 Thursday, July 31 – Gold Productions Rodeo

• Time: 7:00 PM
  Grab your boots for a night of bull riding, barrel racing, and rodeo action!
  Note: Diaper bags allowed (subject to search).

🐑 Friday, August 1 – Chasing Memories 2025

• Time: 5:00 PM
  A heartwarming event pairing 4H members with children with special needs to walk lambs and goats. A feel-good show that celebrates inclusion, compassion, and community.

🐐 Friday, August 1 – Livestock Pavilion Events

• 4-H Project Auction | 8:00 PM
  Support local 4Hers and bid on their creative, handmade projects.
• Barnyard Olympics | 9:30 PM
  Farm-style challenges, hilarious games, and community fun!

🎵 Friday, August 1 – Fairgrounds Fest Concert Series

• Time: 7:00 PM
  • Steve Miller Experience
  • Creedence Clearwater KC
  • The John Cougar Project

👜 Clear Bag Policy for Concerts:
Only clear bags up to 12” x 12” x 6” or 1-gallon zip locks allowed. No exceptions.

🎈 Saturday, August 2 – Annual Parade

• Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Route: Madison St → Center St → Shawnee St → Sycamore St
  Bring your lawn chairs and wave at the floats, local groups, and marching bands in this community favorite!

🐄 Saturday, August 2 – Livestock Pavilion Events

• 4H/FFA Livestock Auction | 1:00 PM
  Come support local youth and their market animals in this exciting, fast-paced auction event.

🎶 Saturday, August 2 – Fairgrounds Fest Concert Series

• Time: 5:00 PM
  • Casey Donahew – Chasing the Dreams Tour
  • Featuring Hayden Coffman, Colby Swift & Tim Nowell

• Tickets for events are sold online only this year — no long lines at the ticket booth and faster entry!
• All grandstand seating is general admission bench-style. Come early for the best spots!
