Once again, we've teamed up to bring you the best of the best as Kansas City (and surrounding areas) is gearing up to celebrate the arrival of the New Year with a variety of events that cater to all ages. For families with young children, the city also hosts a few Noon Year's Eve celebration, which allows little ones to experience the excitement of the holiday without staying up late. These daytime events usually feature a countdown to noon, crafts, a balloon drop and/or plenty of other kid-friendly activities. Whether you want to party all night or celebrate with your family during the day, Kansas City has something for everyone this New Year's Eve.

- Lawrence Beer Company's Noon Year's Eve Party - countdown and balloon drop at noon, full bar available however the kitchen will not be open (Lawrence, KS)
- Noon Years Eve Party at Red Crow Brewing - doors open at 11am, ginger ale toast at noon for those under 21 and champagne for those 21+, board games, photo booth and more! (Olathe, KS)
- Enjoy a five-course prix-fixe New Year's Eve menu at The Melting Post - prices vary, reservations required (Kansas City, MO)
- Noon Year's Eve at Science City - Noon-6:30pm, $16/per person, registration required (KC, MO)
- NYE Craft at Hue Creative Studio for tweens from 1pm-3pm (Overland Park, KS)
- Pinstripes' fabulous NYE Celebration will feature a balloon drop at 8pm as well as the grand finale at midnight, toasts with complimentary sparkling wine for guests 21+ and sparkling cider for those under 21. (Overland Park, KS)
